We would love the opportunity to function as contractor for your new home or investment. The process is relatively easy. If you have an architect or drawings, the plans can be converted to steel construction by our technicians. Otherwise, we can provide an architect for you. To assist in the design stage, we will generate computerized 3-D walk-through drawings. Home Construction Pricing: $95.00 per square foot.

If you have a general contractor, we can sell and/or erect the steel structure and allow you to finish the project. Our product is absolutely, the leading edge in new home construction utilizing “Green Technology”.
