As approved contractors for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and the Increased Cost of Compliance program (ICC), through the Federal Flood program, Akrom has established a reputation for quality and performance in home elevations. Akrom can assist you with all the processing for FREE grant funds to elevate your home.

AKROM, INC. WILL:
1) Elevate to the required Base Flood Elevation.
2) Excavate the exterior and interior load bearing supports.
3) Pour continuous steel reinforced concrete foundation (24” wide x 12” thick, 3,000 PSI).
4) Pour continuous steel reinforced chain wall.
5) Install piers (blocks, 4,000 PSI).
6) Secure structure to the foundation.
7) Relocate electrical and HVAC.
8) Reconnect gas, sewer, and water.
9) Install temporary entrance and permanent entrance and exit steps. 10) Spread excess soil on site.
